The Science of Language Learning and introduction to Karadi Path 3E The workshop explores pedagogical and neurological aspects of language learning. It compares the learning processes of motor skills, music and mathematics with language. It provides new insights into how traditional Indian approaches can more effectively supplant logical approaches adopted from the West. The workshop provides specific strategies towards acquiring proficiency in multiple languages easily and enjoyably. Karadi Path, a unique language learning program for the classroom will also be introduced.

The workshop will be conducted by Mr. C.P.Viswanath. Viswanath is a mutifaceted person - an enterpreneur, educator and musician. Having lived in several countries, he has closely observed schooling processes in different parts of the world and interacted widely with students and educators. He is an accomplished classical vocalist and mridangist, having given over 1000 performances. He is a founder director of Karadi Tales Company Pvt. Ltd. and also Director of Pedagogy for Isha Vidhya, a group of schools catering to rural populations in Tamil Nadu.

The duration of the workshop will be approximately 3 hours.
