Will You
Write With Me? - Contest Rules.
- This
contest is open to everyone, irrespective of age, nationality and
country of residence.
- No
entry fee is required.
- All
entries must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism will result in
disqualification.
- All
entries must be in English.
- Entries
will be accepted only by email.
- Entries
must be emailed as attachments and not embedded into the email text.
- Entries
will not be acknowledged.
- A valid
entry will have 700 to 800 words in addition to the original story. That
is, the part of the story that YOU write must contain 700-800 words.
- Invalid
entries will not be read. Please ensure that you adhere to all rules of
the contest (including the word limit).
- Each
entry should be accompanied by a cover sheet which includes the
following details:
- Name
- Date
of birth
- Permanent
address
- Telephone
number
- Email
address
- A
short biography
- Title
of the entry
- The
entry must not mention the author’s name or any other details
about the author anywhere.
- Content must
be appropriate for children below the age 12.
- Employees
of ACK Media and Karadi Tales and their immediate family are not allowed
to participate in the competition.
- Multiple
entries are accepted.
- The
decision of the judges is final.
- Winners
will be notified individually via email by 1 April 2010.
- The
first half of this story belongs to the author and cannot be used
elsewhere.
- Copyright
to the winning entries will be completely owned by Karadi Tales.
- Karadi Tales reserves the right
to use the winning entries as promotional content as needed.
- Karadi Tales reserves the right
to edit the winning entries.
- Karadi
Tales reserves the right to adjust these rules and regulations and shall
not be held responsible for any misinterpretation of the above-mentioned
rules and regulations whatsoever.
