An Update and an Apology

Um, it seems like our website server has been hacked and a bunch of people are receiving spam and phishing emails from our generic contact id. If you’re one of the recipients, we apologise, and we can assure you that we’re looking into the matter very seriously. Thanks very much for understanding. The bear hates spam as much as you do.
